3Age Verification & KYC

The minimum age to use 3vk is 18. 3vk may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents at any time to verify a member's age and identity.

Documents typically required for KYC verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Bank statement or mobile banking history (if required)
• ID with selfie (if required)

Large withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC verification is complete. Once verified, no further delays will apply.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

5Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In live betting, any bet not confirmed due to network issues is considered void.
• If a match is fully cancelled, the entire bet amount will be refunded.
• If a match ends before the scheduled overs or time, the result will be determined in accordance with 3vk's rules.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system or software error, 3vk reserves the right to void that bet.
• Arbitrage betting by placing opposing bets on the same event is prohibited.

3vk determines the outcome of every event fairly and transparently, offering odds free from any manipulation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

3vk regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully.

• To withdraw a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements — typically 5–20x the bonus amount.
• If a member attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or different identities, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time frame after receiving a bonus; the bonus will expire once the deadline passes.
• Voucher codes can only be used once and have no cash value.
• 3vk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3vk platform. Any such activity will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action if necessary.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Deliberately exploiting errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to obtain funds through fraudulent payments or chargebacks on the platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.
• Participating in match fixing or manipulating the outcome of any sporting event.

8Account Suspension & Closure

3vk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failing to cooperate with KYC verification or providing false information.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months).

Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before account closure; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of Terms & Conditions violations.

9Responsible Gaming
